What SnagPulse Does
SnagPulse is a deal discovery service. We find deals from major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Home Depot, Newegg, and others) and share them through our blog, newsletter, social media accounts, Telegram channel, and video content. We earn money through affiliate commissions, ads, and optional paid memberships.
Deal Accuracy and Availability
This is important: Deals change constantly. Prices can go up, items can sell out, and promotions can end at any time. While we work hard to share accurate information, we cannot guarantee that any deal will still be available or at the listed price when you click through. Always verify the final price at the retailer's website before purchasing.
SnagPulse is not a store. We don't sell products, process orders, or handle returns. Your purchases are made directly with the retailer and are subject to that retailer's terms, policies, and customer service.

AI-Generated Content
Some content on SnagPulse is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). This includes deal descriptions, summaries, and video narration. All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We aim for accuracy and helpfulness, but AI can occasionally produce errors. Membership and Paid Services
SnagPulse offers optional paid memberships through Ghost ($2.99-$5.99/month) that provide perks like early access to deals. Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - just email us.
User Conduct
SnagPulse offers a few interactive features: a vote widget on deals, deal submissions through Telegram, and newsletter signup. When using these features, please:
- Don't manipulate votes (automated voting, multiple votes through circumvention, etc.)
- Don't submit spam, misleading deals, or harmful content through the Telegram bot
- Don't attempt to scrape, overload, or interfere with our services
- Don't use our platform to distribute malware or phishing links
We reserve the right to block users who abuse these features.
Intellectual Property
All original content on SnagPulse (including text, graphics, logos, and video content) is owned by SnagPulse and protected by copyright law. You may share links to our content and use brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish full articles, scrape our content, or use our brand assets without written permission.
Product images, trademarks, and brand names belong to their respective owners. SnagPulse uses them for informational purposes under fair use.
DMCA and Copyright
If you believe content on SnagPulse infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] with:

- The URL where the infringing content appears on our site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized

Limitation of Liability
SnagPulse provides deal information on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or actions of third-party retailers or services.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Repeat Infringer Policy

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of SnagPulse will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and SnagPulse each waive the right to a jury trial.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU AND SNAGPULSE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and SnagPulse agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnagPulse regarding your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify newsletter subscribers. Continued use of SnagPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
